Understanding Mental Capacity
This course has been designed as a half day workshop to understand the Mental Capacity Act 2005
There are many misunderstandings about how the act is applied and how a best interest decision is made.
This workshop explains the Act explains where it sometimes isnt always clear and how to collect evidence if you think a person is at risk through their decision making history.
The course is on zoom and is from 1pm to 4pm

Learning Disability & sight loss & introduction
A popular course that used to be run by Mark during his tenure with the RNIB Multiple Disability Service between 1990 and 2005 updated for the current times. This course looks at the issues faced by people
with a range of learning disabilities including CVI & other common conditions
