Leslie is an experienced company director, with a background in the Health and the Third sector social care environment. Having worked at senior management level. She is a sought after business Coach, and facilitator working with senior managers and individuals. Leslie co works with us on our management training and consultancy programmes.



                                       Diane Roger

Diane has been the CEO and MD of a number of charitable, and private sector care companies and specialises in strategic planning, compliance and turn arounds. Her background is in Learning Disability Nursing at local regional and national level. Diane is  based in Yorkshire and is the latest member of our team leading on our major turnaround and interim consultancy side of the business.


Rachel Higginson

Rachel is the proprietor of ESENSI. She is a Specialist Deafblind Assessor. Based in the South East of England. Rachel has worked with Mark on a number of occasions providing specialist Deafblind assessment support.

Nikola Fieldhouse

Nikola is the MD of FACS and is a Specialist Deafblind Assessor and communication trainer, in the South of England. Nikola has previously worked with Mark at Deafblind UK and Provides Deafblind, Communication, Training and Deafblind Assessment support.



Pennie Dane

Pennie is our Deafblind & VI specialist assessor for the North East specialising in supporting children & Young People. Pennie & Mark have worked together for around 15 Years. Pennie specialises in Mobility and supporting children & young people with Sensory Impairments.



Sarah Clayton and Anna Waugh

Sarah and Anna are the founders of Postural care UK and Simple stuff works.  Mark has worked with them since the development of their respective companies, following a long professional partnership with their parents Liz & Jon Goldsmith.

Mark continues to work with this brilliant family and their work in the field of postural care, as part of his work and research in Multiple Disability.


Joanna Grace

Joanna is the owner of sensory stories project and author of several publications around working with people with PMLD. She is also one of the key editors of PMLD link magazine and the PMLD Standards. A chance meeting between Mark & Joanna in  Dublin inspired the Legacy project and apparently Mark was an inspiration, behind her sensory stories project Joanna can support our sensory training around children & young people.
