This one-day course will cover the basic theories of zoning, intensive interaction and developmental communication.
Whilst applying those to practical methods of communication for supporting and developing choice and control using real life case studies of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities both of whom have additional sensory problems.
Who should attend?
This course is open to all Health and Social Care professionals, parents and family carers are especially welcome. The course has been extensively updated to support IMCA’s IMHA’s & advocates.
