Access Design

Mark Gray Associates provide access design consultancy as part our commitment to the Equalities Act 2010. In 2007 we undertook our first major project for Orchard Hill College Of FE and worked with their Architects to develop the student access of the Carshalton Site. 

In 2019 we undertook our biggest project to date working with the Ministry of Labour in Azerbaijan and The British Council In Azerbaijan  to look at access to employment of people with disabilities.

This included looking at the whole of the city Baku where we identified issues such as this non disability friendly street corner, (below) as well as identifying access to work training.

Health & Social Care Management  & training Consultancy

Mark and his Associates team  have been involved in a number of bespoke Consultancy projects such as monitoring the effectiveness of CTR reviews for NHS England in Greater Manchester.

A review of Rehabilitation services for the visually Impaired in  Bridgend Council South Wales,.

Transforming Care Facilitation support in partnership with Home Care Direct & England CCG’s.

Care company and Charitable trust turnarounds Mark was chair of POhWER  2015 to 2017 and  a former chair of BILD He is experienced in  Board restructures and trustee management.

Interim CEO work for (ARC UK)  trustee and non executive director work.

Prices start from £300  a day plus VAT & expenses for longer term projects fees can be agreed to suit length of contract. POA

Brain Injury Rehabilitation support (Case Management) (individual Consultancy work)

Mark personally supports Five people with their long term rehabilitation from Brain Injury. Coaching and training their support teams. To enable them to develop their independence, life goals and programmes, facilitating wider medical and non medical social support. One of his clients Grace has just achieved an Arts Degree at the University of Chester and held her own Exhibition of Art and her own web space please visit here to see her amazing art.


Multi-Sensory Room Design

Image: Sensory RoomMark Gray is internationally known for his work in the field of Multi-Sensory Rooms with Richard Hirstwood as one of the first Pioneers in this field.

Mark has designed rooms at the RNIB Springfield Service Royal Berkshire Council, Yeoman Park school To name a few.
